A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified. Payment is accepted via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). The total payable amount, inclusive of all applicable charges, is displayed before checkout. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking. This email serves as your booking receipt.
Tour package details, including itineraries, accommodation, transport, and meals, are described on the respective package pages. While we make every effort to provide services as described, changes may occur due to weather conditions, government regulations, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Transport costs mentioned in packages may vary based on actual distances, vehicle availability, and fuel prices at the time of travel.
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents, maintaining personal health and fitness for the tour, following local laws and regulations, and adhering to safety instructions provided by guides and transport operators.
Defrale Travels is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the traveler's failure to follow instructions or due to their own negligence.
