This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on tour packages booked through defrale.com, operated by DEFRALE TRAVEL PRIVATE LIMITED.

The refund amount depends on when the cancellation request is received relative to the travel date:
If Defrale Travels cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, government advisories, or other circumstances beyond our control, travelers will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or the option to reschedule to a different date at no additional cost.
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI account) used during booking.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive the refund within the specified timeframe, please contact us.

If a traveler leaves the tour midway or chooses to skip certain activities or services included in the package, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.
